Payment Plans

2021 CAMP PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

If you have any questions about our Payment Plans, please call us at (631) 499-8580 and ask for the Bookkeeping Department.

An enrollment deposit of $500 is required for each child, which is refundable for any reason up to Friday, March 5, 2021. If you decide to use a credit card, we must have a credit card authorization form on file.

Payment Plan One

Date Charged and Amount Charged

Date of enrollment: $500 per child

February 16, 2021: $1500 per child

April 16, 2021: Balance due

Payment Plan Two

Date Charged and Amount Charged

Date of enrollment: $500 per child

8 equal payments starting September 16, 2020 ending April 16, 2021.

Payment Plan Three

Date Charged and Amount Charged

Date of enrollment: $500 per child

October 16, 2020: 25% of camp balance

December 16, 2020: 25% of camp balance

February 16, 2021: 25% of camp balance

April 16, 2021: Balance due

April 16, 2021: Balance due

If you plan to utilize one of our Payment Plans that require recurring credit card charges, please download the Credit Card Authorization and Payment Plan Form, fill it out and email it to bookkeeper@parkshoredaycamp.com, mail it to Park Shore, or drop it off at Park Shore.
